Suzanne VoterBroker & PresidentSuzanne Voter began her career as a consumer loan officer in San Francisco. In 1988, she was promoted to assist with the opening of an outside real estate loan center in Sacramento. It was this experience that led her to conclude that she could better serve clients by brokering. Suzanne obtained her real estate license in 1988, and became a mortgage broker in 1989. That same year, she established Delta Home Loans in Nevada County. Her areas of specialization include all types of loans, construction loans, and super jumbo loans for high-profile clients and those with complex financial pictures. Suzanne married John Voter in 1992, and they are parents to two young sons. She enjoys living and raising her children in a small town, but her heart belongs to the big city. John VoterCo-Owner & Loan ConsultantBorn in Weisbauden, Germany, John Voter is a veteran of the U.S. Airforce. He moved first to Maine and then to California, where he was stationed at Beale Air Force Base. He has been in sales management and finance since his discharge from the military, and joined Suzanne at Delta Home Loans in 1992. John has been trained by Tom Hopkins, Zig Zigler, and Jackie Cooper. It is through these distinguished mentors that he came to develop a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and loyalty. Kim WydraLoan ConsultantKim, who has an MA in Business Management and Finance, embarked on a career in lending in 1985 when she was hired as a loan officer with Sacramento Savings Bank, a prolific home real estate lending organization. Tad KoklichLoan ConsultantBorn in Stanford California, The son of a Martial Arts master and Artist, he spent his younger years studying, racing motorcycles, fishing with his Grandfather and volunteering his time at the local youth center. Jennifer FriedrichsLoan ConsultantJennifer graduated from U.C. Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law/Political Science in 1993. Keeping on track with pre-law, she completed a two year paralegal program. For the next six years she worked as a legal assistant centered on real estate law. Jennifer then began working for a top producing real estate agent as an assistant. From flyer girl to hunting for that septic tank to helping out at open houses, she did it all. However, she found being elbow deep in paperwork was her niche, so she quickly moved up to Escrow Coordinator. Yet her ambition drove her to continue on and learn the mortgage business. In 2001, Jennifer joined the Delta team as an assistant loan processor. She advanced quickly given her eagerness for knowledge. Jennifer has taken the next step and become a loan consultant.
